Fortalecimiento organizacional y de capacidades de 3 organizaciones comunitarias dentro de la Zona Especial de Manejo Zona Sur de Veraguas.

Las organizaciones Fundación Agua y Tierra, AAPEQ, ACOPLAMA y AAMUN trabajan por la conservación de las tortugas marinas en el Distrito de Mariato desde hace ms de 7 años. Sin embargo, estas organizaciones han trabajado de forma aislada. Es por esto que Fundación Agua y Tierra ha presentado al Programa de Pequeñas Donaciones una propuesta de proyecto para encadenar las acciones de estas organizaciones y hacerlas parte de un mismo esfuerzo: apoyar las iniciativas locales, fomentar un aprendizaje social, empoderar a las personas en temas de conservación de tortugas marinas, generar ingresos por ecoturismo y fortalecer a las organizaciones para abordar su trabajo diario de lucha por defender nuestro ecosistema.
