Good environmental status in the Black Sea marine region by 2020

Romania is committed to prepare a national plan to enhance the institutional capacities and cooperation with sectors for improving governance in order to achieve the good environmental status in the Black Sea marine region by 2020.
The national plan to enhance the institutional capacities and cooperation with sectors for improving governance has as main objective the protection and preservation of the marine ecosystem to achieve the good environmental status in the Black Sea marine region, but also to identify the obligations and the role of stakeholders in the implementation of EU Marine Strategy Directive.
